I'll be very brief:
- Significantly refreshed the design
- Half-built the proposals section
- Added a default currency selection in settings
- Created demo accounts and an admin system to manage their default content
About the demo accounts. Now unregistered users can try out Normal CRM features. I'm gradually filling the demo accounts with sample data. Users will be able to edit them, but each day they will be reset to the original state. While the admin is populating an account with demo data, users see a message that work is in progress and should wait. Overall, a neat feature. Building it was much easier than filling it with content :)
About the proposals section. I made a large form where you can prepare proposals for clients and not forget anything — deadlines, prices, stages, payment methods and order. In short, a cheat sheet for those who don't always answer all the questions clients need to make decisions.
About the design… Too much to list. The navigation menu is now vertical, buttons are smarter, the time-tracker widget on mobile looks nicer, icons have been implemented and unified in style, and so on :) To be honest, I first prepared a full, detailed report on the design changes — but accidentally lost the data while publishing it to the blog :(
